Our Story

Building on our success as As Kneaded Bakery at Bay Area farmers markets and through our storefront, As Kneaded Café expands on our mission to build community through excellent food and friendly, welcoming customer service.

At As Kneaded Café, there's something for everyone! Enjoy breakfast with baked goods from our sister bakery and As Kneaded signature drinks featuring Counter Culture coffee beans. Our menu of salads and sandwiches changes seasonally, and don’t miss our expanded Lady Larder products. Our beloved breads will be available by way of a Bread Schedule. Kids will love our After-School Specials, designed just for them.

We're located adjacent to the main library. Look for our exterior entrance to the café, outside the library. (We have a separate entrance since we keep different hours. We open early!)
